Why we ship in two-week sprints, demo included

12-month fixed-price contracts do not work for an SMB. Here is the cadence that does.

A FlyTech Inc mission runs in two-week cadences. Monday morning, we scope. Friday of week two, we demo.

Three disciplines fall out of it. First : we cut scope. A sprint is about four serious user stories. Not more. Second : your decision-maker sees progress every two weeks, not every six months. When something drifts, we catch it before iteration three. Third : your internal team can test live and push back.

This avoids the tunnel effect. It also avoids the end-of-mission "big bang" where everyone discovers the spec no longer matches the current need. No 18-month roadmap. A short cadence. A progressive transfer.
