Data we collect
Name, work email, company, message, and any information you share via the contact, booking or application forms. No behavioral data is collected without your explicit consent.
Purpose
Answer your requests, organize our exchanges, review applications. No ad profiling, no resale to third parties, no retargeting.
Retention
Contact messages are kept 24 months after the last exchange. Applications are kept 12 months after the end of the process, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
You have a right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights: privacy@flytech-inc.com. Reply within 30 days under Quebec Law 25.
Sub-processors
Vercel hosting (USA), the standard mail client used to carry messages from your browser. No third-party CRM, no intrusive analytics.
