These terms govern access to the flytech-inc.com site and the provision of FlyTech Inc services (audit, FlyOps, sprint build, consulting, training).
Site access
Access is free of charge. FlyTech Inc reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance without notice.
Description of services
FlyTech Inc services are described in detail on the Services page. Public rates are stated excluding taxes. Any personalized quote is binding between the parties.
FlyTech Inc commitment
We deliver in two-week sprints, weekly demos, code and documentation transferred to your teams. See our method and manifesto on the site.
Client commitment
Availability of a decision-maker for weekly demos, access to a test environment, written validation at the end of each sprint.
Code ownership
Unless otherwise agreed, delivered code and documentation become your property as of production rollout. You remain free to continue without us.
Disputes
Governing law: Canadian law. Competent courts: Canadian courts, unless prior amicable agreement.
