- Build RAGs and AI agents on real client data.
- Industrialize prompts, evaluations and guardrails.
- Document every delivery for client handover.
Profile we want
- 5+ years Python in production.
- Hands-on LLM experience (RAG, agents, fine-tuning or orchestration).
- Able to explain an AI system to a non-technical decision-maker.
Nice to haves
- Data engineering background (Airflow, dbt).
- MLOps fluency (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
